Hurrican Sandy was an extreme hurricane that hit parts of New York and New Jersey earlier this year. This hurricane caused tons of flooding and damaged many homes in the areas it hit. Now, Andrew Kemp, a geologist at Tufts University, claims Sandy may be coming back. He claims rising sea levels caused by things such as climate change will be the cause of Sandy's return.
